NatGas Edge provides data analysis, model outputs and structured market signals relating to Henry Hub natural gas futures. All content is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. NatGas Edge is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, or broker. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a solicitation of any kind.
All signals, predictions, summaries and analytical outputs provided by NatGas Edge are the product of quantitative models and structured data pipelines. They reflect model outputs, not human financial advice. Past model performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. NatGas Edge accepts no liability for losses arising from use of the platform.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. NatGas Edge does not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
NatGas Edge does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at damien@natgasedge.com.
Access to the platform is granted upon successful payment and account creation. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. NatGas Edge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
All model outputs, signal data, analytical content and platform design are the intellectual property of NatGas Edge. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell any platform content without prior written permission.
NatGas Edge aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, data pipeline delays or third-party service outages may affect availability. Signal updates are typically published weekly — delays may occur around public holidays or data source disruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NatGas Edge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
NatGas Edge may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
